Return and Refund Policy for Organized Chaos
Thank you for shopping at Organized Chaos. We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your needs or expectations. While we do not offer refunds, we provide options for returns and exchanges under certain conditions.
Returns
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item if it does not meet your satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
Be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In-Store Returns
For your convenience, items purchased online can also be returned at our physical store location. When returning an item in-store, you have the option to:
Exchange it for another item of equivalent value.
Receive a credit note for the value of the returned item, which will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Choose an item of a higher value, provided you pay the difference at the time of the exchange.
Return Shipping
If you choose to return the item by mail, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Credit Note
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a credit note if the return is approved. This credit note:
Will be valid for 3 months from the issuance date.
Can be used for purchases on the Organized Chaos website or in our physical store.
Cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
The value of the credit note will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item, less any shipping costs incurred for the return.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This includes:
Customized or personalized items
Sale items
Swimwear and Lingerie
