ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 7 working days of being placed. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email/SMS so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on all orders of Rs. 2,000 and above.
  • - A flat Rs. 199 shipping fee applies to orders below Rs. 2,000.
  • - Cash on Delivery (COD): an additional Rs. 50 COD handling fee applies to COD orders.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

We ship across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. After dispatch, orders typically take 7-14 business days to be delivered, depending on your location. Remote and non-metro pincodes may take a little longer. Delivery times may also vary during sale periods, festivals, or due to courier or weather-related delays.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

COD is available across serviceable pincodes (a Rs. 50 COD handling fee applies). If your pincode is not serviceable for COD, only prepaid options will be shown at checkout.
